The TNSGTEP has been published on site.  If you were looking for a one page solution to training, this isn't it. Training is a very complex endeavor. It is full of multi faceted needs and dynamic changes on a monthly basis. The TNSGTEP is the system for Mission Essential Training.

There has been a lot of talk around that we in the TNSG do not have a mission. Nothing could be further from the truth. Our mission is to mobilize to support and augment the TANG in whatever tasks may become necessary at the time of mobilization. All other tasks are just that, tasks. They are not missions. They are necessary and may give us more public exposure, but they are not the reason we exist. It is up to us to make sure that when we carry out these public tasks that we write off some of the Mission Essential Tasks at the same time.

How do you do that? Simple, do the task in a military manner.

• Plan it using MDMP
  
  
•  Issue a mobilization (Movement) 5 paragraph OpOrder.
  
  
• Keep Staff Logs and use your staff.
  
  
• Do an AAR at the end of the operation.
  
  
• Use the T&EOs in the Regimental Mission Training Plan as checklists for conducting you operation.

All operations are Training Opportunities and should not be wasted. Practice the MTP while helping the public, you can do both at the same time.
